The Cut is not responsible for any orders and packages once they have been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All items are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition it was received in. Please make sure items are returned unworn and unused, with the tag and in the original packaging. Cost of returns are not covered by The Cut. Once your items have been received, please allow up to 7 business days to receive the refund. .
